We use a combination of deep listening, targeted questions, reflection and feed-forward approaches to help open up thinking and further your leadership impact.

Coaching with Ann was a V high quality, positive experience which has given me time to step back and reflect on my approach to work. The coaching session enabled me to review how I communicate and develop my strategy and vision for the team.
Ann coached me brilliantly using a unique combination of calm, attentive listening and expert interventions. She helped me understand for myself how to trace the most successful path through the different opportunities, mitigate against the risks, and unlock the maximum potential. I have never been better prepared for the subsequent complex, but very successful meetings, and feel that her skills and understanding have made a significant difference to my immediate and longer term success. I would recommend her whole-heartedly as an accelerator of opportunity and a very trustworthy and effective sounding board. Supporting leaders

We also work with leaders to support them in navigating conversations with their teams and direct reports with the brain in mind.  Leaders are often highly skilled in crafting and delivering their visions and intentions for the organisation.  They often reach the higher echelons through their ability to deliver exceptional performance, sell their ideas and strategic thinking skills.  In our experience, it is often at this point patterns of behaviour may become less useful as they unintentionally close down or inhibit the best thinking and risk taking in others.  We support leaders discovering for themselves some of the patterns leading to this potential mismatch between intentions and their actual impact on others.  We create safe places for them to explore and develop new ways of bringing their unique strengths, values and passion to the conversation in ways that open up innovation, risk taking and co-creation for success. 

We also have a range of tools that help increase self-awareness and team cohesiveness including MBTI, Firo-B, Strengths Assessment, various 360 and powerful feedback tools.
