Realising potential through the power of connections

We believe that improving people’s experience of work leads to better business growth and results. It also has big benefits for their families and how they engage with their communities outside.

It’s a sobering thought that despite all the hard work put into leading teams and organisations the number one reason people leave the job is their boss (Gallop 2015). Research has shown more than 50% of the variation in team performance is down to the way conversations are held.  According to the Gallop study, 69% of both managers and employees struggle to have effective conversations at work.

We have seen how successful organisations share the following:

  • A clear, meaningful purpose that is owned
  • Leaders who consciously pursue this with integrity
  • Conversations that build connection, grow people’s strengths and contribution

We notice how helping leaders create different conversations with their teams has a rapid and tangible impact on their performance.  We draw on new understanding of how our brains operate at work to create impactful leadership development interventions and grow positive relationships for strong business success.

We work either with individuals, teams or larger cross function groups to support you in accelerating the change or growth you are looking to create.

We coach, challenge and encourage leaders at all levels.
