We love working with high performance teams and with teams who may be struggling at the moment. We work to support teams in self-diagnosing team problems and co-creating their own solutions for moving forward. Finding a way of helping them create a shared sense of ‘WE’ as a team and at the same time allowing space for the uniqueness of the ‘ME’ in members of the team in order to improve performance. We have a range of profiling tools that are available to facilitate insight and measure progress.

Ann was engaged to undertake some team coaching starting with a very generic objective "to improve team morale and performance" She worked with us in a structured way gathering and making use of opinions from the team and the business to agree with me a proposal for a team day. …..Almost 6 months on the team Director has clear evidence from the team of improved morale and from the business of improved performance.
